The short version

How this started.

StricklyTech began in early 2026 buying and reselling memory, drives and Apple products on eBay, and grew into buying whole lots directly from the businesses retiring them. The retail side still runs — it's where tested single units and small lots go — but the buying side is where most of the work is now.

Inventory comes in from ITAD partners, surplus auctions, recyclers, broker networks and, increasingly, MSPs and IT departments who would rather sell a refresh than store it. It goes back out through eBay, wholesale buyers, and the Tradeloop and BrokerBin networks.

Every unit goes across the bench before it goes out the door. That's the whole quality process, and it's the reason the grading in an offer means something. Nothing gets listed on a guess.

How we operate

Three habits, and they're the entire pitch.

Offers in writing

With the assumptions attached. If a number depends on the machines booting or the drives being included, that's written down where you can see it, not implied on a phone call you'll be reconstructing from memory in three weeks.

Bad news travels first

If a lot doesn't grade out, you hear it with a serial number and a photo before any number changes. A surprise deduction on a settlement statement is how a supplier relationship ends, and repeat sellers are the whole business model.

We say when we're the wrong fit

Sometimes the answer is that you'd net more on eBay yourself, or that your client needs a certified vendor we're not. You get told. It costs one deal and it's why the second one happens.

Being straight about size

Small, and not pretending otherwise.

StricklyTech is a young company. Not a national ITAD with twelve warehouses and a compliance department, and the website isn't going to imply otherwise.

What that means in practice: you talk to the person who makes the decision, quotes come back same or next day, and there's no account manager between you and the answer. Lots up to a few pallets are comfortable; a multi-site enterprise liquidation on a compliance deadline is not what to call us for yet.

It also means no R2v3, e-Stewards or NAID AAA certification today. Those matter for some clients and are irrelevant to others, and the only wrong move is finding out which one you are after the project has started. Ask on the first call and you'll get a straight answer.

One lot is a better test than any amount of website copy, including this page.
